Included in the self executable file are:
  bc450rtl.dll
  bids45.dll
  bwcc.dll
  owl250.dll
  soccer.exe
  soccer.hlp
  smpllge.lge
  readme.txt (this file)

You may want to place the files with extension dll into your
Windows\System directory.
Just make sure that a newer file doesn't exist.
